TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Our Quoted Prices are Ex-Works Delhi.
- GST is charged Extra over & above the quoted price.
- Deliveries within Delhi/NCR shall be made within 3-4days from the date of receipt of order, in case stocks are available. In case of NO stocks, deliveries shall be effected as per time period specified in order.
- Free Local Delivery is applicable ONLY within 5kms. Delivery Charges shall be charged Extra in case of deliveries outside the specified limit.
- Deliveries outside Delhi/NCR, shall be effected within 6-7days, in case stocks are available. In case of NO Stocks, deliveries shall be effected as per time period specified in order.
- Deliveries shall be effected only after receipt of payment.
- No Deliveries shall happen on Sundays & Public Holidays.
- In case of Inspection requirement to be done only at our premises, before dispatch.
- In case of Local Delivery, MAKREY shall NOT be responsible for any Damages & Short Delivery, post delivery. We request our buyers to do inspection of goods at the time of delivery & ensure that every item is received in good & sound condition. No claim shall be entertained after goods are accepted.
- In case of Out-Station Supplies, if goods are received in damaged condition OR box is damaged, please mention the same in Docket with remarks clearly mentioned & take pictures of the damage product OR box. Please share the pictures of damaged product OR box within 48hours of receipt of material. Post the stipulated period, MAKREY shall NOT be responsible for any claim.
- For Out-Station damaged products, MAKREY will send replacement BUT the freight/courier charges needs to be borne by the buyer.
- For Out-Station Supplies, Packaging Cost shall be charged Extra & needs to be borne by the buyer.
- The ongoing COVID-19 might impact the time of delivery of items despatched from our warehouse to some of locations.
- All Goods Sold are on GST Invoices. We request all buyers to make sure they get GST Invoices at the time of Delivery. We equally request buyers NOT to accept goods if they dn’t get GST Invoice.
