A small pan earns its place on a busy line by doing one job perfectly. Our 8" round cast iron frying pan is a small cast iron frying pan sized for single portions, eggs, searing and finishing. Many chefs call it a cast iron skillet or simply a skillet pan; it is the same flat-based iron skillet pan, and as a cast iron small pan it fits neatly on any station.
