Leatherite Bill-Check Folder
Our restaurant bill folder is made in leatherite, a faux leather, in black and brown. It holds the printed bill and the guest's payment between the table and the cash counter, so cash and cards are not handed over in the open. As a restaurant bill presenter, it gives a fine dining or hotel restaurant a neat way to bring the bill to the table.
Black suits most dark, modern interiors and hotel restaurants, while brown matches wooden furniture and warmer café interiors. If you run several outlets, one colour across all of them keeps the billing folder consistent from one restaurant to the next.
A hotel bill folder also works for room service, where the server brings the bill with the tray and the guest signs it in the room.
Menu Folder for Restaurants
The leatherite menu folder comes in black and brown, matching the bill-check folder. A menu card folder for restaurant service protects printed menu pages and keeps them clean and flat through a busy service. Using the same colour for the menu folder and the bill folder gives the table one consistent look from the first order to the last.
Wooden Menu Boards and Wood Menu Holders
For cafés, bistros, bars and brunch menus, wood menu holders give a warmer, more casual look than a folder. The menu sheet clips onto the board, so you can print a new menu every day or every season.
Wooden Menu Board
The wooden menu board comes in two sizes, each with a top clip or a side clip:
- 10" x 14": for a full menu, with a top clip or a side clip.
- 8" x 11": for a smaller menu, a drinks list or a daily specials sheet, with a top clip or a side clip.
Wood Menu Takhti
The menu takhti is a wooden board in the shape of the traditional takhti, which suits Indian, dhaba-style and regional restaurants. It comes in 10" x 14" with a top clip or a side clip, and a slim 6" x 14" with a side clip, for a single-page menu, a drinks list or a dessert card.
Wood Bar Menu Bottle

Menu Board Wood or Leatherite Folder: Which to Choose?
- Fine dining and hotel restaurants: the leatherite menu folder and bill folder in one colour.
- Cafés, bistros and brunch menus: a wooden menu board with a top clip.
- Indian and regional restaurants: the wood menu takhti.

Caring for Menu and Bill Folders
Wipe leatherite folders with a soft, damp cloth and dry them straight away, and avoid harsh cleaners that can dull the surface. Wipe wooden boards with a dry or lightly damp cloth, keep them away from standing water, and do not soak them.
